To see what allowances are included in your plan, please check your bill on the  Tesco Mobile app . The rates referenced below relate to charges for anything that’s not included in your plan or if you exceed your allowances.

Bill Pay out of bundle charges

Voicemail is charged at 20c per min out of bundle for Bill Pay customers.

For all data usage outside of your allowance, each data session will be billed per MB with a minimum charge of 1MB. A minimum of one minute will be charged, after which, per second billing will apply.

Prepay out of bundle charges

All chargeable calls to Irish landlines & mobiles outside of your allowance or in excess of fair usage policy will be subject to a call set up fee of 12c.

Prepay credit refund

A prepay customer is entitled to a refund of any remaining top-up credit paid for by them when they switch to another operator and claim that refund within 3 months of switching. Prepay credit refunds are subject to a €10 administrative charge.

Changes to 1850, 1890 and 076 Numbers from 1 January 2022
From 1 January 2022, numbers beginning with 1850, 1890 and 076 will no longer be in use. If you dial these numbers, you will receive the following automated message: “You have dialled a number that is no longer in service. Please check online for a new number.
