Calling Ireland from abroad:

Dial +353, then the number without the first 0.

Example:
01 123 4567 becomes +353 1 123 4567

Calling a local number in the country you're visiting

Dial the number as you would locally.

Calling another country

Dial +, then the country code, followed by the number.

Example:
UK number 0123 456 7890 becomes +44 123 456 7890
